What happens when a video fails?
If an edit fails for a qualifying technical reason, the minutes reserved for that job go back to your balance. Review every finished short before you publish it.
Do retries cost minutes?
No. If a render hiccups on our side, we keep your saved editing plan and retry from it for free. Your minutes are only spent once per upload.
How is duration counted?
By the length of the footage you upload, rounded up to the whole minute. A 2:20 video costs 3 minutes; a 4:05 video costs 5.
What about refunds?
You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of a paid purchase through the contact page. Refunds go to the original payment method when possible. If you already used minutes from that purchase, we refund the unused portion. Qualifying failed edits restore minutes automatically — that is separate from a money refund.
