Refund policy

14-day refunds
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of a paid purchase (a subscription charge or a minute top-up).
Send the request through the contact page. Include the email on the account and an approximate purchase date so we can find it.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method when that is possible.
- Refunds are subject to applicable law and to Stripe or the payment provider’s processing times.
- Trial minutes are free. They are not a purchase and are not refunded as money.
If you already used some minutes
A refund is for the purchase, not a second copy of the minutes.
If minutes from that purchase were already used, we refund the unused portion. We will not pay back the full purchase and also leave those used minutes on the account.
Failed edits (not a purchase refund)
If an edit fails for a qualifying technical reason, the minutes reserved for that job are restored automatically. You do not need to request a money refund for that.
A retry from a saved editing plan does not use additional paid minutes.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling stops future renewal. It does not, by itself, reverse a charge that already went through.
If that charge is still inside the 14-day window, you can also request a refund as described above. Minutes already granted for the current period stay available until you use them or delete the account.
To cancel upcoming renewal, use the contact page.
Your legal rights
If a law in your jurisdiction gives you a right that this page cannot limit, that law controls.
These terms also appear in the Terms of service.
